-Unauthorised use of Credit Cards
We have a strict policy of investigating all attempts at ordering from our website by unauthorised persons using stolen credit card numbers. All suspicious orders will be investigated by sophisticated means and if necessary the information will be passed to the relevant government agencies in both this country and the countries involved. We reserve the right to double check all orders and restrict shipping as and when we choose.

-All items sold are subject to availability.
All offers are subject to stock availability. We will of course notify you immediately if we have run out of any goods you have ordered. We will not charge you for any orders you have made of non-remaining stock. Product availability are subject to change without notice.

We will only process orders where full authorisation of payment has been obtained. We reserve the right to refuse or restrict any purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, providing the goods are delivered in new condition.

Any item delivered to you with a different shade to the one you ordered can be exchange with no extra charge. If the relevant stocks do not remain under this circumstance you will be offered the chance to exchange the item to another one of your choosing or ask for a full refund.

Should you order the wrong item unintentionally, we shall exchange the item providing we receive the item within 14 days of delivery, in new condition and providing we have the item you require in stock. However, you may be liable for the extra cost of delivery.

- Colour and Shade Interpretation
Please note that computer screens/monitors cannot interpret all shades and colours as real, and almost all screens/monitors, computer hardware, computer platforms and software viewers will show shades and colours differently. We therefore cannot accept liability were goods received do not match the colour or shade expected.

-Return Procedures of unwanted goods
In the highly unlikely event of customer dissatisfaction please return the goods to the following address and please let us know your reasons for doing so. We are committed to providing you a first class service.

-Return Procedures of faulty goods
In the highly unlikely event of being sent faulty goods please return the goods to the above address with a description of any faults. Where goods have been returned faulty within 14 days after we have dispatched it to you we will provide a full refund including the cost of postage. (We will not pay for express or special delivery charges - we will only pay for standard or economy delivery so don`t return items to us using express delivery - we won`t pay for it!).

We will refund any faulty goods or goods that you are not completely satisfied with (see Guarantees), providing they reach us within 14 days of delivery.

-Faulty Goods
Any faulty items delivered to you will be refunded as above or replaced free of charge once you have returned the goods to us.

-Exchange of Goods
We will be happy to exchange any items you are not completely satisfied with providing they are returned to us within 14 days of delivery.

-Delivery Times
It is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible. In most cases we dispatch the orders the same day or the day after the order has been placed. Standard delivery usually takes about 2 - 3 working days in the UK, within 5 working days to mainland Europe and the USA and between 7 and 14 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the country you reside. Express shipping should arrive the next day from dispatch in the UK 2-3 days to the US and mainland Europe and 5 to 10 days the rest of the world. Once orders have been sent by us it is the responsibility of the shipping company to ensure correct and timely delivery.

-Deliver Methods & Charges
Delivery is applied to standard and express Royal Mail, ParcelForce and DHL costs from estimation of item weight. We may also apply a small packing and handling charge on top of this. We reserve the right to use a different delivery method or shipping company at any time, which we may do if, for instance, this means you will receive your goods quicker. We will not charge you extra for this, though we will not refund any differences in shipping costs charged to us as your cost of shipping also includes our packing and handling costs.

-Application of VAT
Orders sent to countries outside the EU are VAT free. Please note on International shipments that the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

-Data Protection
Your name, e-mail address and other details will not be given to a third party outside our group of companies.

-Scottish Law
The law of Scotland shall apply to this agreement irrespective of place of delivery.

-Suggestions and Feedback
We value your opinions of our website and would be glad to receive feedback from you whenever possible.

We will handle any complaint in a fair, confidential and effective manner within 14 working days. We will keep you informed about the progress and timescale to resolve any dispute.
