Question 1 - Do I need to Create an Account to order?
No. But by creating an account at KnitRennie.com you will be able to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. This also allows us to keep track of our customers so we can more finely tune our website to offer better products and a better service.

Question 2 - What payment options do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta and UK Switch. We also can accept pre-arranged payment by Bank Cheque/Bankers Draft drawn from the United Kingdom, IoM, C.I. For some countries we will not accept credit card payment and will only arrange to send the goods if payment is transferred to us in advance.

Question 3 - Is credit card information submitted during online transactions secure?
Absolutely. The KnitRennie.com Web site uses the latest Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for all pages that requests credit card information. This ensures that all relevant information regarding credit card details are safely encrypted and processed only by us. Our SSL and encryption systems renders information unreadable should anyone try to intercept it. Also, your name, e-mail address and other details will not be given to a third party outside of our company.

Question 4 - What is your Returns Policy?
Every item sold by KnitRennie.com is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have bought please return them to us within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a full refund, providing the goods are delivered in `as new` condition. For unwanted goods you will need to pay the shipping costs unless we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item.

Question 5 - Do you ship the the US and elsewhere?
Yes! Most of our customers are from the United States. We will ship to almost all countries except a few. There are some countries that we will not ship to unless we receive full payment in advance.

Question 6 - What is the quickest way to get an order to me?
If you are making an order during UK office hours (before 14:30 Mon- Friday) call us with your credit card details at +44(0)1771 622422 and request EXPRESS shipping. At any other time the quickest method would be to order through our website and request express shipping during the checkout pages. We will process the order the next working day. Express shipping should arrive the next day for UK addresses, 2-4 days for Europe addresses and 2-3 days to US addresses.

Question 7 - How long does shipping usually take?
As mentioned above Express Shipping should arrive the next day for UK addresses, 2-4 days for Europe addresses and 2-3 days to US addresses. International Express Shipping outside these countries can take between 4 and 7 days. Sometimes more. However, it is our policy to ensure you receive your goods as quickly as possible and in most cases we dispatch the orders the same day or the day after the order has been placed providing we have the goods in stock. From initial postage, STANDARD delivery usually takes about 2 working days in the UK, within 5 working days to mainland Europe and the USA and between 7 and 14 working days to the rest of the world, depending on the country you reside. However, shipping times do vary and you are advised to request Express delivery if you require the goods to arrive by a certain time, in particular for a birthday present or for Christmas.

Most of our most popular items are available online. However, inventory may occasionally differ from our Website. You may find the item you are looking for by calling one of our friendly `hands-on` staff at +44 (0)1771 622422. There's no harm in asking!

Question 9 - What shipping options are available?
During the checkout process of this website you will be given the option of selecting either Standard or Express Shipping, using Royal Mail, Parcel Force or DHL, depending on the delivery country. We may choose to send the goods using a different shipping method if this means you will get the goods quicker - at no extra cost to yourself.

Question 10 - How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping and handling charges are based on total weight and destination of delivery address. Our website will automatically calculate this for you.

Question 11 - How is sales tax calculated on orders?
Our website automatically charges the new rate of 20% Value Added Tax (VAT) to customers ordering from within the EU. Customers outside the EU, including the USA, will not be charged VAT.

On International shipments the recipient is responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

When you make an order you will be asked to create an account. This will allow you to shop faster, be up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Information is collected from us through the ordering/registration process, through email enquiries and through our `join mailing list` form and is done so lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
